Agricultural Tire Warranty Workmanship & Materials Warranty
THE CARLISLE TRANSPORTATION PRODUCTS WARRANTY [“Warranty”] warrants, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations stated herein, tires to be free from defectsin materials and workmanship.CTP’s liability for tires and wheels shall be limited to replacement of any defective tire orwheel plus applicable taxes.
1. This warranty applies to the original consumer of the CTP product(s) for a period offive (5) years from the date of purchase or from the date of tire manufacture.(Proof of purchase must be provided by consumer if using date of purchase asbasis for service time.)
2. This warranty DOES NOT cover incidental or consequential damages, including, butnot limited to, lost time, lost wages, inconvenience, loss of equipment use, cost ofservice work or transportation, related property damage, personal injury orconsequential damages of any type or nature.
3. What is warranted? This warranty applies to CTP brand Front Farm, Implement,and Rear Tractor Tires, purchased after 06/30/08. (Skid Steer Tires are coveredunder our Specialty Tire Warranty). If any tire becomes unserviceable due todefective workmanship or materials, (conditions which may be within CTP’scontrol), CTP will replace the defective product with an equivalent new CTPTire on a pro rata basis.
4. This warranty is void if a covered tire is worn past 3/32” of Tread depth at any pointon the tread contact surface.
5. Any tires submitted for ride condition, issues must be presented by the consumerwithin the first six (6) months of service if accompanied by Proof of Purchase.
6. This warranty DOES NOT cover mounting, balancing, or related service/labor charges.
7. This warranty DOES NOT apply to the following:
A. FIELD HAZARD OR STUBBLE DAMAGE (cuts, snags, punctures, chunk in treador shoulder area, penetration from foreign objects and stubble related tiredamage).
B. Overloading, improper inflation pressure, and/or resulting run flat failures.
C. Misapplication of tire or wheel components.
D. Improper repair or insertion of balancing materials or sealant.
E. Tires damaged due to chemical contamination.
F. Improper mounting or tire storage conditions.
G. Tires used in pulling contests.
H. Cosmetic irregularities or tires marked “NA” (Non-Adjustable)
I. Skid Steer Tires (See Specialty Tire Warranty)
8. Warranty Pro Rata Calculations
All calculations will be based on the date of tire manufacture or the date of purchase. If using date of purchase as basis for service time, the consumer must supply the original proof of purchase. After the “No Charge” period, pro rata replacement tire charges are calculated as follows:

Agricultural:
Service Time Replacement - Tire Charge to Consumer
Up to 1 Year - No Charge
During 2nd Year - 20% Tire charge to customer
During 3rd Year- 35% Tire charge to customer
During 4th Year - 50% Tire charge to customer
During 5th Year - 70% Tire charge to customer
To determine the replacement price to the consumer, the pro rata percentage charge is multiplied by the CTP Tire dealer’s current selling price on an equivalent CTP Tire.Appropriate taxes, mounting, or other service charges will be added to the replacement price, which is the responsibility of the consumer.
9. CTP makes no express claims of expected tire wear. Variables that effect tire wearinclude service and soil conditions, as well as load and tire inflation pressures.

CTP reserves the right to inspect all products before making adjustments.
Field Hazard & Stubble Damage Warranty
Although Agricultural Field Hazards and Stubble Damage are NOT the result of defects inworkmanship and materials, Carlisle Transportation Products (“CTP) as elected to sharethe burden with the original purchaser when excessive Stubble Damage or Field Hazardsrender a tire unusable.

Field Hazard- is defined as cuts, snags and punctures incurred during normalagricultural service that may render a tire unserviceable.

Stubble Damage- is defined as the tire damage caused by severe abrasions andscarring, due to field debris, crop residue, and field stubble, which eventuallyrender the tire unusable
What is warranted? CTP will extend a Field Hazard and Stubble Damage Policy for CTPbrand R-1, R-2 and R-3 agricultural tires used in normal agricultural service for three (3)years from the date of the purchase or date of the manufacture. (proof of purchase mustbe provided by the consumer if using date of purchase as basis for service time.)
1. What IS NOT covered by this Field Hazard/Stubble Damage Policy:
A. Improper mounting or tire storage conditions.
B. Misapplication of tire or wheel components.
C. Overloading, improper inflation pressure, and/or resulting run flat failures.
D. Accident, collision, fire or vandalism.
E. Improper repair or insertion of balancing materials or sealant
F. Tires damaged due to chemical contamination.
G. Tires used in pulling contests.H. Cosmetic irregularities or tires marked “NA”(Non-Adjustable)

Up to 1 Year - 25% Tire charge to customer
During 2nd Year - 50% Tire charge to customer
During 3rd Year - 75% Tire charge to customer
End of 3rd Year - Coverage Expires
To determine the replacement price to the consumer, the pro rata percentage charge ismultiplied by the CTP dealer’s current selling price on an equivalent CTP tire. Appropriatetaxes, mounting, or other service charges will be added to the replacement price which isthe responsibility of the consumer.

THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR APARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE. CTP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF CTP HAS AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANYREPRESENTATIONS OR PROMISES EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN.
